The goal of the meditation sessions is to rediscover who you are while connecting to a higher power. I will guide you in breathing, visualization, and Kabbalistic meditation. We will work together on building a meditation plan that helps you achieve your meditation and spiritual goals. Each guided meditation is custom-tailored to your needs and level of meditation. If you want to incorporate Kabbalistic meditation into the practice, the goal is to connect to the infinite source of Light, to open the channel of divinity that flows through us all, and to connect with the Creator.

In Kabbalistic mediation, we will use the 72 names of Hashem and Hebrew letters. According to Sefer Yetzirah, each Hebrew letter has its own unique energy and together they create certain energies that can be used for healing, prosperity, fertility, and so on. Each letter and word creates a world and life. You don't need to be religious to learn this meditation. Come with an open heart and no judgment to gain from Kabbalistic meditations.
